- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before any work has begun, we like to spend at least 10 to 15 minutes talking to the customer about their needs. This ensures that we are on the right page and we are meeting the needs of the customer. After the initial conversation, the customer is sent a questionnaire based on the service. The questionnaire assists us in creating the correct logo, design or plan that is being requested. The form cause the customer to think about the little details that may not have been considered previously. Once the questionnaire has been completed and returned Usually within 24 to 72 hours the customer will receive samples or portions of project for approval to continue. For example, those requesting logos receive five samples within 48 hours and are able to choose one or make suggestions. At that time, the log is fine-tuned or new examples are presented.
