when I created the project I mentioned that I wanted to remodel a kitchen and it's just few pipes to move . Also i mentioned that i needed a permit to do that required by the building. this provider said that he is certified and he can do that. so we took an appointment and came to my daughter's condo. I contacted him several times to get an estimate and finally he came back to me and told me that the project is too small for him. Obviously he does not have any requirement to do any job. But be aware that before contacting him your project needs to be consequent. this is the second time that it happens to me on thumtack.Plumber that advertises on this site and maybe Miami region are not serious. If the job is too small and they did not get any interest then you will waste your time and energy with them.
