Introduction: I offer personal training or you can train with a friend. I work with men, women, and kids. All personal training programs come with body fat test, measurements, assessment, cardio routine, pictures (before and after ), and exercise assignments . Training is available for 30 or 60 minutes sessions . The facility is private and only for personal training there is no membership required to use the gym. Clients enjoy to have a professional trainer motivate, encourage and push them to maximize their potential. Expect a 100% effort from the trainer and I expect clients give their all. I will challenge your strength and overcome weakness. Personal training is available for individuals who prefer to work with a professional trainer one-on-one or in small groups. Jancer is a very professional and serious trainer. It is not a just a part time job for him, this is his career and you can tell he lives by what he teaches. He stays in touch with clients to make sure they are on track and takes a true interest in their well being. I've been a customer (for personal training) for almost a year and love the workouts. Although I need to lose weight, that is my doing :(, but my body composition is definitely different. Boot camp is very challenging!! I would highly recommend Jancer for either boot camp, personal training or both.

I am almost 40 years old and in preparation for the top of the world, literally! I am going to mt. Everest this year and although I started training 2 years ago, I needed that extra edge. Empower fitness has given me that. Jancer is the trainer I was looking for. He pushes, motivates, and empowers you to go beyond your goals, and my goals are 29,035 feet high!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Make sure the ask for their experience . A professional trainer will always ask about your medical history and experience that you have with exercise. Don't allow to be treated like a pro if your a beginner. A real professional will start a beginner with light exercises and increase the intensity as the weeks pass. Progressing slowly will build a foundation to prevent injuries. Injury prevention is very important as an injury will only delay progress and cause permanent or temporary limitations.
