- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Contact for pricing for the many different services that are offered. In-home training, virtual (ZOOM) or online coaching and nutrition counseling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to develop a good rapport with clients and a relationship based on trust and accountability. I then incorporate an efficient and effectively programmed training regimine based on an in depth assessment that takes into account specific client needs/goals and is carried out with maximum precision. The client(s) have my full attention at all times and I am constantly making corrections as needed. I am puntcual, dependable and committed to excellence. Everything is taken into account nothing is overlooked.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science (Physiology) and am also an LMT. I have been to countless workshops and certification courses throughout my over 22 year training career. I am also constantly reading books, blogs, newsletters and articles related to the fitness, sports performance, corrective exercise & physical therapy fields. It is vital to keep up with the latest evolving fitness and therapeutic trends and scientific based discoveries.
