I called Pristine for a move-in deep cleaning. They were able to do it quickly and far a reasonable price. They arrived with all the materials and equipment needed and were able to do a fantastic and thorough job. My home looks and smells great. They were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I am from out of state and came to Florida to get my father in law's house ready to sell because he moved into assisted living. I read the reviews on Thumb Tack and saw Pristine Cleaning had a 4.6 out of 5 for reviews. I went and looked at the negative reviews 1st and in my mind felt as though some people were looking for a miracle and some were being unreasonable about difficult situations out of the cleaning company's control. I also read the responses from Ashley the owner and I felt they were heartfelt and came from an owner that cared about her clients. Once I messaged Pristine Cleaners I quickly received a message back from Ashley. We were able to set up a date for cleaning and gave us a very reasonable price over the phone just with me explaining the job. Once we removed the contents of the home it was apparent why assisted living was best for my father in law. The house was filthy. Ashley and her team came when they said they would, took pictures of the job and texted them to me when they were done. Her team did a wonderful job and we have already had 11 saves on Zillow on his home in just a few days. Thank you Ashley for what you did to help my family get this house ready to sell. It is truly appreciated. I would recommend Pristine Cleaners to anyone who is looking for a cleaning company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flat rate no hidden fees or price change upon arrival. Our quotes are based on the size of your home and how long we estimate your cleaning will take. Usually the estimated time frame is sufficient and no additional time is needed. If we should exceed the estimated time frame addtional time will be offered at a discounted rate. Quotes include 2 cleaners travel, labor and supplies. Additional Services Offered: Patio Cleanings Carpet Cleaning Balcony Cleaning Garage Cleaning
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When encontering a new client we answer any questions and get the details of the cleaning prior to giving a quote. We try to answer all questions as accurate as possible so the customer can choose the right company for their cleaning needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to owning our company we worked for a variety of cleaning services. During that time we learned what work and what does not work.
