- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a variety of pricing options as well as all inclusive packages. All of our pricing is available online on our website. We also offer free phone consultations to better create the perfect package for your event and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the initial phone conversation to our free in home tastings through the final product, our hands on approach and personal touch creates a family style relationship that our clients find refreshing as well as reassuring. Every customer is given the VIP treatment which helps create the WOW Factor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Executive Chef, Paul Lobeck, has over 30 years experience in the restaurant and catering industry. A graduate of Johnson and Wales University, Chef Paul uses his knowledge to create a unique experience for all of his guests. Chef Paul has been named Top Private Chef in South Florida (2017, 2018) by Expertise.com and has also been awarded Who's Who in Business (2017). Chef Paul has been the featured chef in various food and wine festivals including the Coral Gables Food Wine and Spirit (2016)
