Chef Paul and his son made us an amazing Christmas Eve dinner. Muscles, braised beef and shrimp were oh so good. He was right we were so full had to wait until later for the dessert!

I found Chef Paul on this website less than 2 months before our 200 person sit-down dinner after another caterer dropped out on us. From the very first call, Chef Paul took us on with so much warmth, enthusiasm, professionalism, and understanding. This was our first time planning an event like this and we couldn't have been in better hands. Not only was the event literally flawless and on-budget in a non-traditional space (the Museum of Discovery and Science) that Chef Paul hadn't worked in before, but Chef Paul calmed our first-timer nerves whenever we worried with his humor and his unshakeable confidence and experience. There were even folks with dietary restrictions that joined the dinner at the last minute (reporting them as dinner was served) and Chef Paul accommodated them, I think by magic. His entire team couldn't have been lovelier, the mojitos were the best any of us have tasted, and the food was phenomenal. I'm convinced you won't find a better caterer in all of South Florida. Thank you so much Dancing Palate team!!!

We have a variety of pricing options as well as all inclusive packages. All of our pricing is available online on our website. We also offer free phone consultations to better create the perfect package for your event and budget.

From the initial phone conversation to our free in home tastings through the final product, our hands on approach and personal touch creates a family style relationship that our clients find refreshing as well as reassuring. Our Executive Chef, Paul Lobeck, has over 30 years experience in the restaurant and catering industry. A graduate of Johnson and Wales University, Chef Paul uses his knowledge to create a unique experience for all of his guests. Chef Paul has been named Top Private Chef in South Florida (2017, 2018) by Expertise.com and has also been awarded Who's Who in Business (2017).
