After many years of traveling in my sales career, I decided it was time to do something I enjoyed doing, and that I already did all the time at home for my family.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Fruit patters, pastries, empanadas. Caribbean dishes such as rice, chicken stew, etc.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
While experience is definitely important; talk to the person, see what kinds of food he/she enjoys. This may give you an idea of how open they are to thinking outside the box when they prepare a menu for you.
