Introduction: I have been cooking for over 12years. I started my culinary journey in Seattle, Washington. I worked for Microsoft. James beard winner ( Holly Smith) in Seattle, Washington. I moved to Miami, Florida to pursue my Bachelors degree in Hospitality. In miami i learned from one of the best chef's Makoto ; who was Iron Chef Marimoto's Sous chef i worked with Makoto for two years. After being a well seasoned chef, I joined hands with Barton G in Versace Mansion as a kitchen supervisor. I managed running the expo line; using fresh ingredients to make specials every night. I worked for Barton G for a year. While at Barton G, i was offered a position to work for the best chef in Miami ( Michelle Bernstein ).
