If you are looking for a caterer for any reason, stop your search here. Chef Brian is the greatest to work with! Dade County Food Group catered my 100 person wedding.... And HAMD MADE GNOCCHI for everyone. I believe Chef Carlos was up for many hours the night before rolling out the tiny gnocchi for my guests- now that's service! Cocktail hour was such a hit that my guests are still craving the chicken and waffles and bacon wrapped, goat cheese stuffed dates! (Ps- Please let Brian add bacon to your menu! They are bacon magicians). I had such a wonderful experience working with Brian and his entire team from the private food tasting, to his help with referrals, to my wedding day. Brian's staff was professional, looked great, was earlier than on time and even had everything cleaned and organized before they left. Now for Brian's wait staff and bartenders- my guests are STILL talking about the level or service they got! Usually people gush over the flowers, the food, or (blush) the bride! But my guests were most impressed with how wonderfully the staff served the food, tended the bar, cleaned up plates, and glasses never went empty! It started pouring after our cocktail hour, so Brian's staff physically moved one of the bars and all the alcohol/ drinks under the tent and kept pouring the bubbly. If there was an issue, I never knew about it. That's what you want on your wedding day- a caterer who serves amazing food and provides your guests with an amazing experience all while keeping you stress free! Thank you Brian, Carlos and team! You guys are my caterers for life !

I hired Dan for a small wedding at our house and I am so happy I did.Had a couple of options but Dan was to most communicative chef form the beginning on, he answered all my questions within minutes. When it came to his menu ideas I was super impressed,it was an all "white" theme wedding, so the menu had to all "white" as well. Not an easy task.... All I can say is that everything was amazing and outstanding....Dan is amazing, fun and easy to work with, the food was outstanding, his service perfect. I had really nothing else to do except of enjoying.Dan even came up with some wonderful ideas for decoration to surprise all of us. All I can say is WOW!!! When he left, my kitchen was spotless after a 4 course menu....unreal :-) Thanks again Dan for an outstanding job, you made Friday 13th and the wedding even more special as it already was.Will work for sure with you again the next time. I am so thrilled that we found Tasty Creations Catering for my daughter's wedding. This is the most professional Catering Company anyone could ever find. The communication between Chef David and his beautiful wife, are outstanding. I had asked question after question and always received responses back immediately or very soon after. They both made me feel special during this whole ordeal with the wedding planning. They were never too busy to communicate. After searching several Catering Companies, Tasty Creations came through with a superb menu for my daughter's wedding. They worked with us according to our budget and never did they make us feel like we were cheap with the dollar amount we were able to afford. Chef David set up a tasting for us and him and his wife came out to our place to do the tasting of appetizers, entrees, side dishes, and even cake tasting. The remarkable thing about Chef David, is that all his food is prepared right in front of you at the tasting and everything is so fresh and delicious. He even cracks jokes while preparing the foods for tasting. He's from North Carolina, which told me right off the bat, that he was going to be good! Chef David is very unique as he comes out to the site of the event and doesn't bring already prepared food to just set on warming trays. He comes out to the event hours about 4 hours in advance and prepares each food item right there! I find that amazing as not many places offer that type of catering service. He is the best in our book and I would never look any further again. He was prompt and his serving staff was very professional looking and super pleasant. The food was so fresh and absolutely the most delicious food we have ever had. It was an honor to hear our guests keep complimenting the meal. As a side note, I was in a bind for our rehearsal dinner, and I contacted Chef David and explained it was short notice but I wanted to see if he could help us out. I told him we had a very limited dollar amount for the rehearsal dinner and explained briefly what we wanted to have that evening. Chef David got back with me a few hours later with a menu plan that was right in our budget and exactly what we were looking for as far as the dinner we had hoped to have. Chef David and Margarita are willing to work with you no matter what your budget may be and you never have to be embarrassed if you are limited in what you can spend. By the way, Chef David is the absolute best lasagna maker! We have ordered numerous trays from him just to have for ourselves for dinner. We have never found any restaurant that can come close to Chef David's lasagna! Hats off to the best Caterer in the world, Chef David from Tasty Creations Catering! (By the way, Chef David, you finally have a hat to wear)! Lol You can't go wrong with Tasty Creations Catering!

Great services!!! if I could give her more stars I would.We wanted a bilingual ceremony, because some of our guest didn't speak English and some didn't speak Spanish, and Damaris gave us different ceremonies options to make the day special. The day of the wedding, she was punctual and we were late :), but in the end the ceremony was beautiful and everyone at the wedding loved it ... thanks Damaris

Barbara was phenomenal when tending my wedding! We hired her for the wedding to bar tend and she did way more than that! Not only was she on time and she went out of her way, and did way more than hired to do. If you're considering hiring her for your event, you will make the best choice!!!!

If I could leave Dale 10 stars I would. He brought everything I imagined my wedding to be to life. He not only did the flowers but took over as my wedding planner and even ordered all of the rentals for us. Dale and his team have a special place in my heart after all of the hard work and effort he put into every detail. He checked in with me at least once a week leading up to our wedding to make sure I knew exactly what was going on and felt like everything was taken care of. His artistic eye and attention to detail was so incredibly helpful during our first meeting and everything that he recommended to me made me assured we were on the same page and had the same envision for our wedding. I will recommend Dale to everyone I know in need for flowers or a wedding planner. His prices are extremely fair and he always worked with our budget in mind. Thank you Dale for making our big day everything we could have dreamed of and more. I've been trying to think of other events I can throw just to work with him and his team again. True professionals!!!

We had the Paella Valenciana for our 10-year wedding anniversary party. Jorge was very easy to work with. We were able to get in contact with him easily and quickly. He and a staff member came to our event early and conducted themselves like true professionals. They also stayed until everyone ate and had time to get seconds. They were in no rush to leave. The presentation was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious!!! We would definitely use Paella VIP and Jorge again.

I have know Dali for some time now and from the moment we met we became friends. Not only do I value her as a friend, but I value her work ethic. Even before becoming engaged, I knew that Dali would be the only person that I would call to assist with my wedding, not just because she's my friend, but because of her dedication to her craft. She has an eye for events. She's listens and helps to create a beautiful moment. This weekend, I attended another friends wedding and OFCOURSE Dali was hired as the coordinator. I watched her create a stress free environment for the Bride and Groom on one of the most important days in their lives. Dali went above and beyond to ensure that NOTHING was missed! If you want the person that isn't in this business just for the money, then Dali is who you want to go with.

Words can’t even begin to describe my appreciation towards Mariane and all she did. I had a dream wedding and specific things I wanted and Mariane took my vision and not only turned it into reality but she made it better than what I could have ever imagined. Our wedding was flawless. People could not stop talking about how amazing it was and saying how it was the best wedding they ever been to and like a fairytale. This would not have been possible without Mariane. She went above and beyond. Anything I needed she was always there to help me make decisions and implement them. And she is truly a one of a kind person who has become a great friend through this process. I beyond recommend Mariane....as in if you choose to hire a wedding planner you should not pick anybody else!!

I was lucky enough to find Frankie to put together my absolute dream wedding! I don’t know how she did it but from start to finish I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Her knowledge and contacts were all professional and dependable! The venue was perfect for our small wedding. All of my guests raved about the delicious food and amazing cake! I actually was able to enjoy myself without worrying about a single thing! I highly recommend Frankie to anyone who is looking for an event coordinator. The photographer even custom made a video of the entire day so we can treasure it forever!!! Best experience ever!!!

A little over a year ago we made our first and most important investment for our wedding and that was to hire Ana from Color Me Mine. We had a destination wedding in Florida and needed help bringing it all together. From the first time we spoke with Ana, her kindness and excitement for our wedding were refreshing. Ana took the time to listen to our ideas and presented her expertise and knowledge of wedding planning. Ana always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control. That no challenge was too big for her to handle. We loved everything she came up with! Ana even visited us when she was up north in New Jersey, and was relentless on making sure our wedding was the best ever! She even helped bargaining to get us the best deals possible from our vendors!!! Ana worked with us on our wedding to finalize timelines, confirm vendors, run rehearsal, and of course bring it all together on our special day. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. Ana had every little detail worked out, every person in place, every special moment captured, just perfect...We are forever grateful for her hard work, commitment, passion, and enthusiasm that she had for our wedding. She was super organized and we were not worried about a single thing the whole day & night! Ana is phenomenal! Words cannot express my gratitude for Ana. Our wedding was something out of a fairy tale. It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of Ana. We came to her with a simple idea and she worked her magic and brought it to life. We were incredibly lucky to have had her as our planner and we also very fortunate that we ended up with a new friend through this all. We would recommend her and trust her with anything. We would definitely recommend Ana of Color me Mine to any couple who needs someone that would understand their vision and work tirelessly to make that vision reality.

When we decided to get married we knew that it would be necessary to have someone to help us with the organization as we live in New York City and it would be complicated to coordinate the service providers, venue, church and transportation. Living there we searched the internet and found Irene’s website. After a telephone interview, we realized that Irene was a very professional person, passionate about her work yet at the same time very sensitive and in tune with the wishes and imagination of the bride and groom. It seemed to us that she would be a perfect fit to work with us on the planning of our wedding. Irene thought of every detail always ensuring that everything came out as we had imagined. In addition, Irene introduced us to her contacts who were all of the highest level of professionalism; each one kind and open to suggestions – the photographer, caterer, DJ, hair stylist, make-up artist and obviously including her direct team. Elaine was with me every step of the way for all of my random questions, thoughts, etc as I was planning my wedding. She even came to my wedding dress alteration sessions, helped me select the perfect robes for my bridesmaids for our "getting ready" photos, met with my florist, came to my meetings with the catering manager at the hotel, and contacted All of my vendors to set up a timeline for The day of. I was having trouble incorporating one of my colors into the decor so she even offered to make beautiful little boxes for the tables that would act as another giveaway and would add a contrasting color to the whole decor. I could not have asked for a more dedicated wedding planner leading up to my actual wedding day.

Not only were her floral creations of the best quality, but she personalized them based on bride & groom family history; she added floral touches to our ceremony that we had not even thought of; and she helped us coordinate meeting the photographer, bagpiper, and wedding party as sort of a wedding planner/facilitator. Top-notch work, I can't say enough good things about her going above-and-beyond to play a big part in making my daughter's wedding a very special day!

From beginning to end, working with Bobbie was an absolute pleasure. She took all my ideas and was able to bring them to life better than I ever could. My entire wedding went off without a hitch (we planned the whole thing in 3.5 months!) and I can honestly say I could not have done it without her. All my family and friends raved about her the day of the wedding as well, about how attentive she was towards everyone's needs. We had the wedding of a lifetime thanks to Sandy! Our glorious beach wedding took place on Fort Lauderdale beach where Sandy helped us to organize the wedding and was our wedding officiant. We couldn't have done it without her! Weddings can be fraught with stress, but Sandy helped to make ours wonderful. We worked closely with her on our wedding vows and the ceremony was perfect.
