- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My number one thing is to make sure the customer is comfortable and knows that they are being taken care of, once that is clear then I make sure to set up a contract with my clients to make sure there is no confusion on either side.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read often and do research on different technology.
