The DJ reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel the performance should the weather pose a potential danger to him, the equipment, or audience. Every effort will be made to continue the performance; however safety is paramount in all decisions. Viva Event DJ's' compensation will not be affected by such cancellation. Refund Policy If the event is canceled within 21 days of the scheduled date, the client paying the deposit is liable to pay the balance in full. This balance will be equal to the package balance 21 days prior to the event. Deposit is none refundable, if the event is canceled more than 21 days prior, any other payments made will be fully refunded.
