- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I create a custom quote for each event, and I’ll send you a complete and accurate price quote in my first email to you based on availability and the date, time, and location of your event. In keeping with my company’s core values, I will always give you my best price when I send you a quote, you don’t even need to ask! I have no interested in over-charging or up-selling to my customers – your experience working with me will always be simple, straight forward, and hassle-free. My standard package for events includes 3-4 hours of performance time (additional time is available at a prorated hourly cost), setup time, breakdown time, and ALL equipment, including additional sound systems and wireless microphones for weddings with up to 300 guests. For events over 300 guests, a custom quote is necessary to ensure your event’s equipment and staffing needs are met. My flat-rate pricing is refreshingly easy to understand — there are no hidden charges, and all fees are clearly stated in your agreement with my company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will get in touch with you directly to schedule a no-obligation initial consultation via Skype, FaceTime, or phone to discuss your plans and answer any questions you might have. Once you’ve decided to book me, simply sign the online contract and pay a 50% non-refundable reservation fee via my online payment form. You’ll get a signed copy of your contract and a receipt for your payment immediately, and you’ll be all set! The remaining balance for your event is due the same to your event.
