- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complicated system here. Call us or we'll call you and we'll explain everything in detail so that all answers are answered. After quickly learning the troubles you are facing and the results you expect, we can give you a very fair price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay fine tuned here. All of our instructors go through rigorous training every year to stay on top of all techniques. We only practice humane training methods which are rewarding to both your family and your pet.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We used to train dogs for the blind "service dogs" and we found that there were a lot of trainers using treats and clickers, etc and at the end of the day, those dogs really are not trained they are trained on treats, what happens when you stop giving treats?
