- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices for dog walking and check in visits are as follows: $15 for a 15 minute visit, $20 for a 30 minute visit, and $25 for a 60 minute visit. We are able to work out a customized discounted price for extended visits. In addition, we offer cage-free in-home boarding for $50 per 24-hour period. As an alternative to overnight sitting in your home, we offer what we call "Family Time" visits, which clients have seemed to find works just as well. These are 2-3 hour visits after 6pm to provide dinner, walk and playtime, spend some time with your pets, and tire them out so they sleep through the night. We then provide a complimentary visit for breakfast and a walk first thing in the morning. Two hour family times are $55.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new PAW Pals will need to sign our policies & terms of agreement, as well as a registration form providing information about your pet, veterinarian information, emergency contact information, etc. You will then set up your free Meet & Greet to further discuss your sitting needs, see your sitter interact with your pet, and discuss any questions or concerns. We will set you up with a PAW Portal account where you can then be able to easily schedule services, review & pay invoices, update information, communicate with sitters, etc.

We work frequently with pet owners who work long hours and need mid-day care, as well as families traveling for vacation, short term or long term.
