Roberto is a consummate professional. He communicates with you on the appointment and during the event. He change out a laptop screen for me and though we had a few complications he stuck through it (staying the additional hours) and fixed it. He even offered to come back the next day to fix it since he had other appts. Am very happy with Roberto's work and would/will recommend him to my friends. Job well done!!!

I reach out to TECH 360 for a service that was not even listed on their site I just purchased a new triple monitor stand with 3 new computer monitors because we are getting ready to work from home again and I needed to get them all assembled I received a reply right away and was told that it was not a challenge for them and that it could be done in 30 minutes . I was able to follow the link and select my appointment and pay for the service all under 5 minutes ,very user friendly check out system . I was notified when my tech was on his way. My Tech arrived on time and completed the job in 30 minutes, he even took the time to explain how to adjust the height and monitor angles with the tools that came with the stand. It was an overall great experience with TECH 360 I am a happy customer Thank you!!!!

Roberto was very professional. He responded immediately and kept me updated of his arrival time. He repaired the cracked screen on my Dell laptop. From the initial contact, he guided me through ordering the new screen, checking on the status and confirming the appointment.
