Just like in any profession quality of delivery vary. Use the list below as a guide to navigate you through the jungle of PTs, 1. Start by writing down your goals as detailed as possible and why they are important to you 2. Find 3 PTs that you find deliver a Lifestyle approach rather then muscular pictures of himself, after all you are the most important person not him, and interview them on how they believe they can help you on your journey! 3. Never pick the cheapest rated trainer, just like you don't neglect an expensive doctor. After all it's your health we're talking about, not only a 30 days get fit program but a reliable machine for life! 4. Ask for a test session to see if your potentially new trainer actually focus on you and gives you attention, challenges you and operate in a safe matter! 5. Be patient, change of habits and lifestyle takes time. Evaluate your collaboration every 3 months and set new goals after previous have been met!
