Richard is an excellent personal trainer. He takes the time to learn about his clients and tailors the sessions to be challenging and fun. He really cares and motivates you to achieve your goals. He is punctual and efficient (I never have to wait around). I would highly recommend Richard Love.

I have been training with Richard for the last 6 months, and he has been encouraging, positive, flexible with scheduling and always on time. The amount of exercises and props he has on his bag is endless which makes the sessions more interesting, always something new. My fitness goals were to build strength and develop endurance. He has helped me on that and even created a strategy for me to train on my own time. He pulls you out of your comfort zone and manages to keep you motivated... Everything you need on a trainer. He is very knowledgeable and will always keep an eye on your health/posture so you don't injure yourself.

I've working with Richard for a couple of months now, and I absolutely love it. My friends and I are already noticing the change on my body. We meet twice a week,it is an intense session. but it is worth it. Richard is a professional, he is always on top of everything. He follows up after each session, and the next day to see how body is feeling. Always recommending what to eat to keep your machine (as he calls it) feeling good. I definitely recommend his services. Best 2 hours of the week.

Richard has changed my body! Not only do we get to excercise in the beautiful outdoors but he listen to what my objectives were, created unique and new excercises and incorporated my own body weight to not only achieve my goals but surpass them! I have recommended Richard to all my friends and family.

From a place of zero fitness and over a decade of neglect, I truly felt like I was not in control. Without stepping into a gym I reached a level of fitness I felt unattainable.     Just like in any profession quality of delivery vary. Use the list below as a guide to navigate you through the jungle of PTs, 1. Start by writing down your goals as detailed as possible and why they are important to you 2. Find 3 PTs that you find deliver a Lifestyle approach rather then muscular pictures of himself, after all you are the most important person not him, and interview them on how they believe they can help you on your journey! 3. Never pick the cheapest rated trainer, just like you don't neglect an expensive doctor. After all it's your health we're talking about, not only a 30 days get fit program but a reliable machine for life! 4. Ask for a test session to see if your potentially new trainer actually focus on you and gives you attention, challenges you and operate in a safe matter! 5. Be patient, change of habits and lifestyle takes time. Evaluate your collaboration every 3 months and set new goals after previous have been met!
