- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts with a phone call to go over the project, discuss your ideas, budget and expected outcome. Then we’ll come up with a custom proposal to make sure our work together far exceeds those expectations. We will work with you to develop your custom design, select your products and finalize plans before giving you an official final quote. Finally we will give you the most efficient and professional Work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are State Certified General Contractors and are always training in the application of new world materials that make up for higher quality jobs. Each year we receive training from companies like Latecrete, Schluter, Mapei, Sika. You will find me and my team traveling the nation a couple of times per year to assist the largest and coolest Industry events, searching for the latest trends and everything related to remodeling, interior design and construction in general.
