- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Prices for floral arrangements depend on the size of the piece and the type of flower. However, for bigger projects we get flowers wholesale, and we do not have a physical locale, so our prices can be much lower than others!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When we get a new customer we always schedule a consultation, preferably in person. This gives us the opportunity to show him/her previous samples of our work, and if possible even make a sample of what the customer wants to purchase. It also ensures that we are completely on the same page as to what they want. Once we get started on the arrangements we keep customers constantly updated to ensure they love the outcome!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I (Stella), have been in the floral industry for 20 years. I have worked in flower shops, with event coordinators, and now finally on my own!
