Located in Homestead, FL we only use the finest farm to table ingredients and the finest cuts of Heritage Pork and Angus Beef. Our white oak/pecan wood is selected aged to perfection. Low and slow cooking process that takes from 6-15 hours depending on the cut of meat. Our smoker is portable and can be brought to your event anytime/anywhere.
