Introduction: Throughout my career, I provided high-level culinary functions and household management in affluent, private residences and events. I utilize an extensive knowledge and experience cooking, catering and multitasking to meet and exceed the needs of principal(s) and family. I am originally from Peru where I owned and operated a successful catering company and restaurant employing a team of over 15 staff members. In addition to past private chef positions, I further refined my abilities working in high-end hotesl and restaurants kitchen environments. I specialize in contemporary and regional American cooking, French, Italian, Peruvian, Mexican and Chinese cuisine. I have understanding of baking fundamentals that is comprehensive, including breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, chocolate and decorating. A truly dedicated professional, I am currently seeking new opportunities as a private chef, personal assistant or household management.
