Capucine really knows what she is doing. She understands different furniture types, what can be done what cannot be done and makes strong reccomendations for the best outcome. I needed some furniture which was good quality refinished and she reccomended painting, upon arrrival she discussed the options with me the pros and cons and we moved forward with an option. I was a little nervious as the furniture had some water stains, Capucine was able to work magic on the furniture and restore it to near new quality. Amazing workmanship. The only reason I gave her 4 starts vs. 5 was related to her schedules and very limited time windows in which she had available for pickup/dropoff. If you are not able to make those time windows offered work, then you could be left stuck while she also insists on picking up very soon after work is complete.

Thank you for your review. I’m glad you appreciate my work. I must correct the pick up situation you are referring to: the pick up was supposed to be beginning of January but last minute you told me you won’t be able to come before the end of the same month which was a problem since I can’t store the furniture of all my clients for days once completed. Then when came the right timing for you, I had, less options to offer because I was committed on other projects. I still made myself available for your movers to come the day you requested.

I met her in an art exhibition and I saw directly how passionate she was. She did a lot of work at home and I am more than happy.
