What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a group discount if hair and makeup is purchased together . Also I wave the travel fee for 2 or more clients .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I have a phone conversation to understand better your needs . I usually send you over to my Instagram page for you to see my work and my experience. Then I get your email and send you a price list and you put a deposit down to book your appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed Cosmetologist for 12 years now . I have been taking pro classes since then in hair and makeup to further my education .
