- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in providing honest, fair pricing based on the scope of each project. Every job is different, so I offer free estimates and take the time to understand exactly what is needed before providing a quote. My goal is to deliver high-quality workmanship and dependable service at a reasonable price, with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about the customer's project and understanding their goals. After discussing the details, I provide an estimate and explain the work involved. Once everything is approved, I schedule the job and arrive prepared with the tools and materials needed. I focus on completing the work efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail, making sure the finished result meets the customer's expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on work in construction, maintenance, and various skilled trades. Throughout my career, I have developed practical knowledge in repairs, plumbing, painting, carpentry, installations, and general property maintenance. I continue to build on that experience by staying up to date with industry practices and using professional-grade tools and techniques.
