Yes, Condos - 500-1000 Sq Ft - $150.00 " " 1000-1500 Sq Ft - $180.00 "" 1500-2000 Sq Ft - $ 200.00 Homes- Less than 2000 Sq Ft - $275.00 ( I include 1 Insurance Inspection) "" "" 2000 - 3000 Sq Ft - $ 325.00 ( I include 1 Insurance Inspection) More than 3000 Sq Ft -I would like to personally quote to make sure you get the best price out there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure all my clients understand the Inspection process and what it is exactly what we ( Home Inspectors) do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In order to maintain our State License active we have to comply with our continued education.
