Introduction: For the past twenty-two years I worked as an Interior Designer and managed an upscale Furniture Showroom in the Design District with the most prestigious collection of Italian Furniture, such as Cassina, Il Loft, Reflex-Angelo, Alias, Penta Lighting and many more. I consulted and helped many different clients with all kind of budget. I love to help them restructure their living space, sometimes it doesn't take much to enhance what they already have, but have no idea how to lay it out in an aesthetic way or don't have the right key element missing to make it look well designed and complete. With the appropriate furniture layout for their space, and a concept in mind, the selection of furniture, lighting, accessories and artwork all come together to create the space they've always dreamed of. For Home Staging it's a different process, you have to keep in mind the kind of buyers the seller is most likely going to attract and stage their residence with the appropriate style. Also, the selling price of the residence will also dictate the type of staging you will do. Staging a condo in a building where most of the residents are young professionals will be completely different than staging a home in a residential neighborhood most suited for family with children or an older couple. A successful staging is key to selling your home quickly and over your asking price. I love the reaction of my clients after the work is done, I understand that it is difficult for busy working people to maintain a well-designed and organized home, they just don't have the time to do it. My concept is to design their home in a way that it's easy for them afterwards to keep it clutter free, organized and beautiful. A well designed and organized home is a happy home!
