I have used Cutter Joe/Robert for over a year. The level of service Robert provides is far and beyond my expectations. The quality of work produced by Robert should be held as an example for other landscaping companies to emulate.
He demonstrates an extraordinary commitment to excellence and always goes the extra mile. Robert does cosmetic work. He is a skilled, experienced professional that provides high standard landscaping quality, as well as true crew leader who guides, instructs and keeps a close eye on his team.
He provides clients with superior service which is hard to find these days.
Robert and his crew have always been polite, professional, courteous, friendly, easy to work with, trustworthy. I have always appreciated the attention Robert pays to and his genuine concern that the client is satisfied.
What particularly impresses me is that no matter how big or small one of my projects is, Robert approaches it with a level of high standard.
I have a large Ficus hedge that Robert has sculpted like an artist to give it a beveled cut and his results are consistent. He does a phenomenal job, people stop to admire his work. He is a true hedge trimming expert.
Robert not only mows the lawn but he manicures it to the highest standards, leaving the lawn looking like a beautiful carpet. And when he doesnt do the mowing he makes sure to stay on top of his crew to achieve the same results.
He also possess an incredible knowledge on plant variety and thus is able to offer clients explanations, alternative suggestions and rational choices. He knows when plants need trimming, pruning, when to use hand pruners, saw or machete.
I wanted privacy around my pool and Robert did a tremendous job creating a privacy wall for me with the most beautiful, huge Clusias. Everyone admires my wall, they say its awesome.
I wanted a cascading wall along the property in my front yard and Robert did an outstanding job creating it for me.
I have to give Robert credit for his immense patience with me, I drive him crazy with my projects, ideas, photos, questions.
