I moved a 2 bed apartment to parents and storage as we are building a new home. Whilst they turned up an hour late from another Job, other than that I had a brilliant experience. The guys were cautious, friendly and made sure all furniture had covering and secured in the truck. They were finished in a bit over 4 hours (which surprised me). We had packed everything in to boxes before hand, so it pays to be somewhat organized. I think a lot of the reviews here expect them to do your packing for you, not at this price. Be patient, prepared and organized and these guys will fulfill your needs.

Hired the Confidant Movers LLC to move our stuff. Great communication They arrived on time and took excellent care of the instrument. There were some tricky staircases and they navigated them without a scratch to any walls. All the stuff arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

Move was quick and easy, no damage to anything, nothing lost, all in all great experience. Will gave me a fair price, was really easy to work with. Max managed my move and was excellent as well. Showed up on time, was very thorough doing inventory and careful with the move. Extremely professional and easy to work with - would definitely recommend.

In general, in local moves the cost of the service is based on an hourly rate and interstate relocations are based on the inventory of items you move- measured in volume. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?- We start with greeting and wishing our new customers wonderful moods and days. - We engage in a conversation to identify the main aspects of a customers order to formulate the preliminary estimated cost of the move. - We even provide a little customer training regarding some features of our company: principles of pricing and factors that reflect the cost based on the customers order. - Reservation of the order, which is a fully refundable deposit. - we provide a confirmation and final clarification of the aspects of the move 2-3 days prior to actual moving date. - Our client is introduced to the assigned dispatcher and team that will carry out the move. - Then comes the long-awaited move - Lastly, we wish the client a wonderful trip.
