• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
  Money makes the world go round. Cost is one of the most important aspects of everything that happens in our world. To understand its essence and to form the cost of our services we take into consideration the complete opposite of money which is customer satisfaction. Our currency is customer satisfaction. We at Confidant Movers LLC, feel satisfaction is achieved by the quality of services and qualified personnel utilized. We follow this principle: Price equals quality. The cost of your move depends on whether it is a local or interstate relocation, your availability for delivery, what items are being moved, and a few other specifics customized to your individual move (storage needs, special packing needs, expedited services). In general, in local moves the cost of the service is based on an hourly rate and interstate relocations are based on the inventory of items you move- measured in volume. • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
  - We start with greeting and wishing our new customers wonderful moods and days. - We engage in a conversation to identify the main aspects of a customers order to formulate the preliminary estimated cost of the move. - We even provide a little customer training regarding some features of our company: principles of pricing and factors that reflect the cost based on the customers order. - Reservation of the order, which is a fully refundable deposit. - we provide a confirmation and final clarification of the aspects of the move 2-3 days prior to actual moving date. - Our client is introduced to the assigned dispatcher and team that will carry out the move. - Then comes the long-awaited move - Lastly, we wish the client a wonderful trip. Pay attention to: - The unlimited number of order updates, transported items, service specifics - A representative is assigned to you and is always ready to answer your questions - Remember to book your order— try not to write it on your to do list for next week, next month, or even a year - Keep in mind that the deposit is refundable up until 48 hours before the reserved date.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
  Provision of this quality service requires the presence and execution of multiple departments. Each employee specializes in their specific department and position of expertise. We feel that the most important quality in our employees is the desire to work with people — to help and be useful. Friendliness, hard work, and patience are qualities we admire and are proud to say are present in our team members. Our Moving Coordinators have 1 year experience in moving and 2 or more years in customer service related positions. Our Dispatch team members have 3+ years of experience in dispatch and logistic positions. Drivers/Foreman have 2 years of experience in the moving industry. Helpers have 1 year of experience in the moving industry. Every member of our team must pass a background check, as well as any necessary additional tests and certifications obligated by law.
