Not allow movers to smoke in people's homes and be more up front about moving costs so as not to charge 3x more than was estimated. After a piece by piece and box by box estimate by another company, you tried to charge me 6500 more than anyone else for the same move as well as 10000 more than you estimated originally. It would also be advisable to return people's deposits if the work isn't done and the customer is livid as a result of unfair business practices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company does not seem to be real. I had to talk to someone in Colorado (no local rep in Orlando). They could not give me a pickup time or even estimate the drop off time for my move, even the day before it was supposed to occur, which made it impossible for me to coordinate the move with my building. They would not provide the building with a COI. After they charged me for the move, they called me the next day and tried to charge me several hundred more for the use of elevators, which they were already aware of. Don’t bother with this company.
