- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The costumer should now the price of the service before booking the appointment. It is also important that the costumer knows that tip is NOT included in the price, and what the service they are paying for provides.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process in working with costumers is having them reach out to us by one of three ways Instagram Dms, our online website, our Call. When we are contacted with a costumer we ask for their address, phone number, name, name of pet, pet breed and size. We also disclose the cost of the service to finish booking the appointment. On the day of the appointment the groomer drives to the address that was provided and call the costumer to hand the pet. After the grooming process is complete in our van, our groomer calls the owner again to hand the pet back.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To be able to work in the mobile pet grooming business it is necessary to take the training time period we provide as-well as taking other grooming seminars.
