I have known Norby for more than 10 years as a business coach and personal friend. Norbys skills in the area of consulting, public speaking, facilitating and training are excellent. He has helped me to take my company and how I present myself to others to the next level. I think what really sets him apart is that he will take the time to make sure you are both understanding of the information he is giving you and applying it correctly. I highly recommend Norby to anyone looking to improve themselves.May 14, 2014

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing depends on what I am doing for a client. For lessons in Public Speaking and Presentation skills I usually charge by the hour a flat rate. If a client wants a more comprehensive coaching and mentoring experience we can talk about a weekly or monthly retainer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? To get started I recommend a face to face meeting (at no extra charge) to really try and get to know what my customer wants out of my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an avid reader and I continually update my courses to make them more relevant
