Bismarck was awesome! He was wiling to pick up my couch (which was the only thing I needed) as soon as he had another moving job that would take him to that area where my couch was located. The only thing is that I wish he would have brought another person to help haul the couch to my apartment- he was by himself. Consistent communication! Overall he is professional, genuine, hard working and honest individual! !
