Introduction: I encourage students to do the best job they can do. Life get's hard. There are weeks where we can't practice as much as we'd like, and that's ok, it happens to the best of us. I am very understanding and patient towards the needs of my individual students and do my best to encourage them every step of the way. I love to see my students grow. When my students progress, I notice the boost in confidence, the wider smile, and the yearning to keep learning. Seeing this in my students fills me with joy and doesn't make my "job" feel like a "job," but rather a shared experience with a fellow musician.
