Nicola has been teaching me yoga for the last 3-4 years. One of the best yoga treachers even compared to experiences in miami, nyc and india. Understands my individual requirements for sport and life and tailors the session to meet those needs. I have been attending Eliana's yoga classes for almost a year. She is amazing. She is compassionate, and takes the time to make sure you are doing the right poses. If you are unable to do a pose, she will help you to alter the pose so that you still get a good stretch. She is friendly and has a great work ethic. She keeps you informed through emails and she has always been available if I have any questions. I highly recommend her as a yoga teacher. She is such a treasure and I know the other women that attend class with me adore her just as much as I do.
Irena has in-depth knowledge and experience in a vast variety of yoga techniques. Every class, no matter what style, she makes you feel comfortable. She has a knack for teaching large classes yet still making you feel like you are the only one in the room and are getting personalized feedback. She has a kind and happy tone to her voice that makes every yoga class enjoyable. Irena is by far, one of my favorite yoga teachers in Miami!
If I could give Ksenia 10 stars I would! I have lower back pain and each time I tried a yoga class it would make it worse. So I decided to hire someone who works with athletes and hoped for the best. I have just purchased the 10 class package because now I don't know how I used to live without yoga in my life! I took 2 classes so far, I really can feel the difference in my lower back mobility and overall flexibility! SO HAPPY! I also feel my abdominal muscles, but in a good way :) I also love her teaching style, very friendly and unique.
I would highly recommend Julie for your yoga instruction! She was extremely responsive in planning & very flexible in timing of the class. She came to our property and conducted a wonderful yoga class, which our group loved. She catered the class to the skill level of our group - which varied. I will definitely be reaching back out when we come back to the Miami area, she was great!
Meredith led 18 of us on a bachelorette through a great 1-hour yoga class. She dedicated the class to the bride, sourcing inspirational and thoughtful poems/prayers about love/marriage. She was always responsive over email, the price was very reasonable, and she was punctual. She was also a good sport when the rain came in and she kept teaching! I would recommend Meredith to anyone.

She has lead large groups of teachers and administrators in mindfulness and given weekly yoga classes at our school. Words cannot easily describe the experience I have when I attend a class of Caroline's... likely because she defies an earthly existence. Part of it is her presence, part her thoughtful approach to movement and alignment, part what she's able to bring out in each of the people in the room, whether they are 18 or 80 years old. I absolutely adore her teaching style! She incorporates the perfect balance of stillness and calmness in her classes, with the intensity of a vinyasa flow yoga class. I always come out of the class feeling so much more opened and renewed, and ready to tackle the day! I've been taking Caroline's classes for over 6 years and at the end of each class I am filled with gratitude for the experience.... EVERY TIME. I can't speak more highly of this lovely woman or be more grateful for her presence and constant gift. I will follow her to where ever she teaches.

I recently received an individual Yoga session from Emily. She carefully assessed my skill level, interests, and goals for the session. I have tight hips. She gave me all the proper modifications and I was able to open up like never before. I think this had previously been something that was just too subtle for instructors to pick up in a group environment. My group yoga and personal practice has been positively influenced by this experience. I feel like I understand my body much more after just one individual session. It was completely worth it, and I will definitely patron her services again. Of note, Emily is fun, warm, encouraging, and professional. She really knows her stuff, and I wholeheartedly give her 5 stars.

Jenny is an excellent instructor. She thoroughly explains each move in her calming voice, and flows at a pace that is easy to follow. The yoga classes are always dynamic, and involve a perfect balance of meditative breathing and stretches, as well as challenging postures. Jenny is an educated instructor, and shows her skills throughout the class. She takes the time to walk around and adjust everyone, and she gets to know each of her students. This is very appreciated by students like myself. I would love to attend all of Jenny's classes. She truly cares about her students' personal experiences, and desires for them all to find balance and awareness through yoga. This is very evident in her manner of teaching. Thank you Jenny!
