- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very conscience of our competitors pricing and feel as if we are able to come either right at or below their pricing. Although, we pride ourselves on providing a quality service that exceeds and reaches beyond what they have to offer, we are still able to compete and allow our clients the ability to receive quality service at an affordable rate. We are also able to implement phasing, which breaks the project up, and then the cost is then divided into each phase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A site visit to the property to assess the work requested. A narrowed approach to address and provide a plan for the request. The qoute will be provided and a date scheduled for the work to be complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education Masters degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental + Urban Design Experience 7 years - landscape design + install 7 years - construction/development 1 years - landscape design/planning
