- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On hourly-pricing jobs, the value will vary depending on the level of skills required for the job. On flat-fee jobs, I will be looking for a down-payment to ensure that we are both committed to completion of the job as defined. Any changes or deviations from the initially agreed terms may result in additional charges or fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Conversation, observation, and explanation: I like to get a feel for the customer and his/her business. I look for the opportunity to develop an understanding of the goal of the job/project, so that I can find the best way to contribute meaningfully to the project's completion and the business' continued success.

In addition to 30+ work experience, I have multiple IT and telecommunications courses (1985-2005), countless hours of user training in the Microsoft suite of products, and numerous years of a variety of application training sessions (Adobe Acrobat Pro X, eProject, Project Insight, COMPCo, SAP, Salesforce, Snagit, CampusVue, Mojo Helpdesk, ampEducator, SharePoint - all registered trademarks).
