FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work on a hourly basis, but if the project is something that will take several days, I prefer to charge a day rate. For organizing: item removal has a $40 fee, per trip. Shopping time is charged per hour. For wardrobe consulting: rate is per day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to get to know a client and see what is it that they are expecting from hiring your services. For home organizing: I like to see the space prior to starting in order to assess the entire project. Once this is done, I would most likely shop for all needed items, and proceed to tackle one apace at a time. For wardrobe consulting: decide with the client their goal, this can be done over the phone. Once the assessment is done, if needed go through the clients entire wardrobe. Shopping and fittings would follow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My 10+ years working as a fashion stylist has trained me tremendously in fashion. This job also required me to be very organized and helped me improve my skills in organizing.
