He's an excellent trainer. He motivates you to push yourself to achieve your goal. He does in door and outdoor training. He has a bunch of equipment. I'm one who likes to build a personal relationship with my trainer. I'm big on aura and a persons energy. He's a nice person over all. Easy going and I felt comfortable talking to him about the changes that was going on in my body and the goals I wanted to achieve. He's genuine and caring. I went through a couple of trainers before him. It seemed like all they cared about was training and me and taking my money. He was different. He's very professional. He helps you with meal plans and does a progress report. If I could give him one million stars I would. He's by far the best.
