Offering a first month half off! There are three different levels of programs that you can choose from depending on what you may need!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is different. Knowing how to assess someone strengths weaknesses and goals and coming up with a customized plan is key. cookie cutter workouts will not work for people trying to achieve specific goals with different body types.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Will be graduating at the end of 2022 with a degree in psychology, with a minor in business and nutrition from Belmont University. Also have been preparing to compete in bodybuilding since 2019. Also, I am being mentored by someone with 10+ years of experience in this field.
