I started training with Elizabeth on May 2013. She works beside you with mind, spirit and body. She is simple and yet covers every aspect of your body transformation. She makes sure you work every single muscle of your body. When you train with her, you're making a really rewarding investment, because by yourself is really hard to obtain good results. However, she teaches you how to train by yourself, giving you a simple routine yet hard and productive. I remember every time I was walking outdoors my left leg was in pain, was hard because I could not even finish my walking and I felt very frustrated. After one week of training with Elizabeth, the pain was off. And I feel stronger!!! I thank God I found her. She is awesome!

I have been with Elizabeth for about a year now and I have had the best training experience ever! I never used to get motivated to workout or even think about what I eat, but when I started my training with Elizabeth, I started caring more about my diet and health. She introduced me to protein shakes and healthier ways to eat. Elizabeth pushes me beyond what I can do and I have learned so much about working out and keeping your body in shape. I love how she's always motivated to do more and is committed to get me in shape. I love her routines and the way she reuses other tools in my house to work out. Elizabeth is the best to talk with and I love hanging out with her!

Elizabeth is a great personal trainer. I love that she comes to my home which allows me to workout outdoors. She also brings her own equipment so I didn’t have to go out and buy anything. She is very good at explaining the correct way to do each exercise and always makes sure that I am comfortable with it. Elizabeth is a wonderful motivator and sends me text and emails throughout the week to keep me on track. She is very sweet and genuine which was really important to me to find someone who really cares about their clients and Elizabeth fits that and more. Since starting with her, I have noticed that I have gotten much stronger. I have also lost a few inches and pounds. I definitely plan to keep working with Elizabeth and would recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer.

Elizabeth is the most dedicated trainer I have ever had; she pushes me beyond my perceived limits. I love the way she sends me text messages on the days we don't work out to motivate me to get moving and eat properly. I recently changed my diet to raw/vegan and she researched the best vegan protein powder for me. She has also created routines with the equipment I have at home to get me to work out more often. Love her, she's the best and plan on continuing to use her services.
