- How did you get started doing this type of work?
What first got me curious into fitness was when my brother started working out in our family's garage when we were both younger. I liked the results I started seeing in him, and that's when I dabbled with a couple of several fitness programs I would see online or from magazines, and experimenting from one equipment to the next. Well after awhile, I didn't see much lean muscle gains and my belly still "hung around" so I completely stopped... Thinking that since my brother IS a Male, he is much easier to get more out of weightlifting. But my whole perception with That would change after a couple of years later when I turned 22, and I had gained over 30 pounds! I decided to get back into exercising and THIS time, doing it more intelligently by seeking out professional advice from others with years of expertise; I was also working in the front desk of a gym, so I was surrounded by a fitness aura that I will soon fall in love with. As I gradually dropped the pounds, I started feeling better, getting stronger and gaining more endurance. Furthermore, I began to learn the simple way of eating the right foods at the right time while still satisfying my taste buds :P The benefits Fitness had on my life was incontestable and I found that this is my calling to help others realize the importance of maintaining a strong body-- the ONLY place your mind and heart resides.
