- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ABSOLUTELY. Because we are credentialed dog trainers we are required to complete 36 CEUS ever three years to maintain our credentials. As head trainer I personally do three times times the required amount. I love continuing education and sponsor the cost of continuing ed for all of my staff.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As the business owner I'm not just a dog trainer, I'm also a business owner (and I LOVE managing my business and staff). I decided to get into dog training because I love PEOPLE and education. Working with animals is icing on the cake. I decided to build Miami's best reward based dog training company because I saw a need for more reward based dog training services. I saw that people needed an alternative to traditional punishment based dog training ("alpha" mentality type dog training).
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Puppy training, obedience and manners to create a great family dog, we deal with a lot of excitable happy go lucky all over the place dogs :)
