- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive and fair to our customers who want to try first, and can have the option of having more time while paying less. We offer discounts based on family packages (daughter/mother, son/father, or other combinations) so the whole family can enjoy and have fun together while learning a considered (especially these days) must have skill for anyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a tryout class, so the customers can decide if we are a good fit for them. We get to know our customers in a way that if they have previous knowledge, we take it from there unless there have gaps that we make sure are covered. A solid fundación is esencial to do anything. We ask to to customers about their intereses and preferences. We make sure they know the possibilities they can have with us since we own a studio, and more than teaching, we can produce their projects as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m graduated from the National School of the Arts (ENA) in Cuba from Classical Piano and Choir Conduction. I studied in the Superior Institute of the Arts (ISA) in Cuba piano and composition. I won a scholarship to finish my bachelors degree in the USA at New World School of the Arts in classical piano and composition where I graduated with high honors. I have been teaching music for over eighteen years already, and my expertise comprehends a wide range of ages and personalized interests or conditions.
