- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have prices by packages, so it depends of frequency, length, and purpose. For in home lessons, we consider the miles , and also amount of hours for pack consideration. For face to face online lessons, the price is a flat fee, however, it can be redone if the frequency, length , or the kind of lesson changes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The new student should register in our website and set up a time for her trial lesson or auditon,pay it, do it and after it to choose the schedule and frequency and locationfor her package of lessons and paid them at least 4 lessons in advance for the class and apply any discount valid for the music lesson package, and sign the school policies and any documents related to the deal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied arts, piano, voice, since I was a young child. I graduated in Voice and Piano Performance with honors in the National Music Conservatory Antonio Neumane from Guayaquil, Ecuador . In 2001, I came to USA, and I awarded a degree in Music Education by Miami Dade College , where I studied voice and piano performance. I have other graduate and undergraduate degrees as well. Among them,I have a Master in Business Administration, and a Graduate Certificate in Pedagogy and thinking development.
