Polina is an amazing swim coach; she is very skilled and knowledgable, and, more important, she guides you step-by-step on the coaching, ensuring you can focus on specific aspects each time and don't get confused. In my case (confident swimmer, trying to improve my technique) i really appreciated how flexible she was with her approach and how much she was happy to followup even after the lesson with more hints and tips!

I am a 37 year old female who never learned to swim due to severe phobia of going into water even a 3 feet deep pool. In the beginning was not sure if anyone can help me with my situation. Polina is a very kind and compassionate person. She built a strong rapport and worked strategically to help me overcome my fear of going into water. Just in the third class I was comfortable on my own without Polina holding me in the water. I am able to swim on my own with the help of fins and kickboard. Next step is to swim without equipment. Polina is right the less equipment you start with the sooner you gain confidence. Furthermore, she is very punctual and professional. I highly recommend her.
