We charge based on the rent amount of the property. The conditions of the property And depending on how many services do they need.

Schedule an appt to take pictures of the property. Provide a comparable rent price market analysis. Give the customer recommendations for improvement or saving tips. Detail our services and Quote the cost of the management fees. Execute the agreement.
