Great experience with Jovany! He is very professional with deep financial knowledge and all my guest have given top reviews about their experience with him. He is very familiar and has vast knowledge about the different counties that encompass South FL. Jovany provides that niche you’re looking for in a property manager. Jovany and his Tailored Miami Team helped me to invest in my first 3 units property in South Florida end of 2022 from France. Amazing services compared to my previous property management company. I own several multi family buildings in Miami and around and my life is much easier since I use Tailored services (check in/out, cleaning, reporting dashboard, easy communication, issue management, customer services with booking, marketing of your property, furnish services etc..)
And on top of that ? They improve my ROI by almost 3pts.. and found me great new deals thanks to their real estate agent portfolio.
