Our pricing a straight forward you will usually get a Number along with our proposal 24 hours after meeting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll process usually involves an initial interview on the phone getting to know each other getting an idea of the needs of the property and in the particular situation that they’re in. Then an in-depth visit to the property inspection ascertain the style of management tell him he’s looking for set up an action plan and timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In our case we bring over 30 years experience in real estate one of our principles as an attorney the other principle is an accountant and they bring those experiences along with a lot of rent, lease,sale and purchase experience. We are fully licensed brokerage and property management company.
