We had the privilege of working with Darryl DeWolff as our realtor when looking to purchase a condo in Bay Harbor Islands Florida. Darryls knowledge about real estate is multifaceted and he is most certainly able to do more than the average agent. He is diligent, responsive, and yet very patient with his clients. We appreciated his ability to advise us and helped guide us in making the right decisions, and when a situation took place with financing, he was there to help and support us in every possible way. Good evening, this is somewhat awkward as I am Darryl's father but there is no one that can relate to Darryl's expertise better than an employer. Much of what I am about to say can be confirmed by my partner ArchitectTom Pavlock and staff. He does not know that I am authoring this. I convinced Darryl to leave his Industrial design position in Boston as I needed a marketing director for my architectural firm and I knew of his capabilities to cold call potential clients and his personality to sell them. He was hesitant at first but finally wanted to help me. He had some training in salesmanship and marketing which he put to use very quickly. In his first year somehow he received access to the governor of New York and New York head of departments. By the end of the year he acquired 750 million USD for our Architectural firm from the department of Corrections. None of us could believe it. He then went on to form relationships with top architectural firms to work with as we had expertise in health care. Darryl makes any person feel comfortable when he sells and makes presentations. He is tenacious in his quest to accomplsh things and does not take no for an answer. That is a great trait but if you are one of my staff on the receiving end of what Darryl wants done it might not be so great but they always succomb to his requests. After 10 years of success for us Darryl was invited to seek out some projects for us in Florida. He loved Florida and much to my disappointment he decided to move there. I can not say enough about Darryl I have bought several properties over the years with different realtors and it was always difficult to get responses or I felt I was just another number. When I bought my second property in North Miami I found them very expensive. I found Darryl DeWOLFF and I was Astonishwd how fast he responded and I told him my needs. Within unbelievable time he responded and said he found a short sale for half the cost it would ordinarily sell for. I knew nothing about short sales and he explained it in depth and said he would handle everything even getting a reputable lawyer I bought sight unseen. I flew down there one month later and it was beautiful! A few months later he called me and told me he has a buyer that is looking for a water front place and he could sell it for me at 160% profit. I was reluctant to sell but I could no pass up a profit of 160% in a few months Darryl is not only a great realtor but he is also a skilled investment advisor. Five stars and +!!! I have being working with Darryl Dewolff for purchasing investment properties at Miami area. Darryl has being more than patient since my searching criteria list was extensive. Darryl went far and beyond his duties in achieving the best deal for me. Darryl suggested different type of deals according to my needs. He knows how to write and win big, which to me always represented saving money.
