Brian has been a pleasure to work with. Was able to take a very outdated website site and make it look modern, professional. Was very responsive and helpful during the process. I initially contacted Brian in January to assist with creating a website for my organization. We completed the website in June but delayed the launch due to a conflicting event. Despite repeated attempts to contact Brian in November for the website launch, he has not responded. As a result, I am out $1,047 and still do not have a website. I am considering involving the police or pressing charges, as I have lost both the website and a significant amount of money.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Websites are just $85 per month and include a custom site, mobile & tablet version of the site, user interface, domain name, hosting, monthly support, and yearly re-design of the site. No contract and no money up front. Every other service we offer is budget based, so simply put you tell us your budget and we give you an estimate on how many customers that you should get you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Of course! Each year we re-certify all of out employees in Google, Bing, & Yahoo Certification. Social Media Boot camps and certifications when each time a new feature or update is made to the platform.
