We can improve the efficiency of your irrigation system and are dedicated to water conservation. We do not install new irrigation systems.

We requested a quote for repairs to our residential lawn sprinkler system. I rate the responsiveness and punctuality to carefully inspect and assess the entire system as very timely and professional. The owner, Mr. Peter Masi, is very knowledgeable and honest in his approach and advice, including water saving digital controllers, and using my existing water pump to save costs. In my case, I decided to postpone repairs for this year, but will reconsider in the near future. Based on my experience with many contractors, I recommend Peter Masi and Greenstar! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer a discount for Thumbtack members. Our irrigation diagnostic service call is usually $49.95, but has been discounted to $32.00 for Thumbtack members. The diagnostic includes inspection of the following: pump station and master/electrical valves, breaks in the lines, damaged or buried heads, and he will check & set timer. Once this has been performed, we will be able to provide you with a more accurate quote and see if there are any additional issues with the system. If the repairs exceed $250, then the $32.00 would be credited towards those repairs, thus making the tune-up and diagnostic free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually respond to Thumbtack queries in an hour or less. Once the service call fee has been acknowledged, we collect all other pertinent information so that we can get you scheduled ASAP.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We service most of Dade County and have been proudly doing so for decades.
