Swimming Pool Repair

Thank you for fixing my pool pump. My feedback is just better communication. We thought you were coming on Friday and we had to text you to see if you were still coming. Then you booked us for Saturday noon and the Tech came around 10:30 am. All in all the pump is fixed and we thank you for your service :).

Geraldo is great!! He responded immediately to my post and gave me a great price for the amount of work he had to do. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. My Pool was literally a swamp before he showed up and now it’s back to beautiful, thanks Geraldo for getting us back in our pool!! I highly recommend his services.

Swimming Pool Cleaning, Maintenance, and Inspection

I hired Brilliant Crystal Pools to clean our pool. They came out twice and did a great job. The third time they were supposed to come out I receive an email from who I assume is the owners wife later in the evening after they were supposed to come out and clean our pool and only after I text, called, and messaged them On thumbtack did I receive an email! She told me that the tech had an emergency and had to go out of the country and wouldn't be back until the 24th to continue services. That is two weeks of no pool service and as you can see from the photos below it has caused our pool to start turning green after we have spent a lot of money getting it from green to clean when we moved in. I emailed the lady back asking for a refund so I could hire someone to come out and clean it in the mean time since per our lease agreement the pool must be cleaned weekly. I was told they do not give refunds and that if I could not understand then I could go hire another pool company. This blew my mind. I understand that emergencies happen, but when this happens you outsource to another company to help you out so your customers pools look "Brilliant and Crystal". That was not the case. I received no response. I text the owner stating I wanted a refund for the remainder of the month or I would start to file reports. He stated he would Zelle it over and still has not! This is a horrible way to run a business. We love supporting small business owners, but when things like this happen it makes it very hard to trust. I would greatly appreciate my refund.

You got your refund! And when you say you understand I had an emergency out the country.. You really DON’T understand because if you did we wouldn’t be getting to this point of negativity reviews. I don’t have customer like you in my circle! Your pool got like that not because of NO service but because you won’t change your cartridge that is disintegrating and the pool is not getting filtered. Be pro active with your system! But peace and blessing be upon you for the rest of your life.

    Always understand that quality is better than quantity and just because you're paying a fair price doesn't mean you need to look for a cheaper price!!.. Because a professional always understand what it takes to get the job done!

    I have a CPO and been in the business since I was a kid my dad retired in the business so I have a lot of knowledge and understanding.
